My Background and Experience

I grew up in South Africa where I met my wife. We have been married for over 50 years.

I studied Christian Counselling at the Rand Afrikaans University – Institute for Children and Adult Guidance.

In 2002 we moved to the United Kingdom where we hold UK Citizenship. We currently live on the outskirts of London

In South Africa I volunteered with a crisis pregnancy centre under the auspices of Youth for Christ, where I worked with Post Abortion Stress and trauma debriefing. I volunteered at a rape crisis centre and at a night shelter for homeless people. I have also worked in collaboration with Dr J. Volschenk, who referred some of his patients to me for counselling.

In the UK I have worked with the Earls Court Community Project – Family Counselling Service and The Wimbledon Guild Counselling Service

I have been invited as a trainer/speaker with YWAM in Switzerland and France. I have conducted a number of seminars on marriage enrichment, finances and life skills to equip people to live a fulfilled life.

I am currently in private practice.

I am a member of Revive Living Waters Ministries, where I serve on the ministry hub. I present a weekly teaching on their internet platform.
